Our minimum order for wholesale accounts is 4 kg. This applies to both whole bean and ground coffee. For first-time orders, we recommend starting with a mixed sampler so you can find the right roast profile for your menu before committing to larger volumes.

All wholesale orders are roasted to order and dispatched within 24–48 hours of roasting. We recommend resting espresso roasts for 5–7 days and filter roasts for 3–5 days before use. Roast dates are printed on every bag, and we advise using the coffee within 3 months after the roast date.

Yes. Active wholesale partners have access to on-site barista training sessions at our cafe or your location. We also assist with equipment calibration, dialing in espresso recipes, and ongoing brew support via our wholesale team. Training sessions can be arranged through your account manager.

Once approved as a wholesale partner, you'll be assigned a dedicated account manager who handles your orders. You can place repeat orders via email, phone, or through our partner portal. Standing monthly or bi-weekly orders can also be arranged to ensure you never run out.
